Getting 'Emacs' keyboard shortcuts - how (in Firefox in particular)?

Xfce does save setting in ~/.config/xfce4 - I don't think there a
graphical way to change that, though.

If I wanted that feature, I would just define the "gtk-key-theme-name"
in my ~/gtkrc-2.0 file.
