ANN: ristretto version 0.0.19 released

I am pleased to announce version 0.0.19 of ristretto.

ChangeLog:

2008-05-10: Release 0.0.19
* src/main_window.c:
  - Add option to change the wallpaper with xfdesktop >= 4.5
    (won't do anything until xfdesktop uses xfconf for settings)
* src/main.c:
  - Detect if xfdesktop is running
* src/thumbnail_bar.c:
  - Scroll through images when using the scroll-button, rather then
    changing the active one.	
* src/navigator.c:
  - Open the desired image BEFORE loading the rest of the folder, this
    reduces the time it takes to display the initial image.
