ANN: xfce4-notes-plugin version 1.6.2 released

Hello,

Find a new version of the notes plugin.  It has only a single major
addition: an (optional) properties dialog with xfconf!  By default it
compiles without xfconf, you have to run the configure script with the
flag --enable-configure-dialog.

The new dep will become required when Xfce 4.6 will be ready.

- Display an optional arrow beneath the panel plugin button to show the menu
