Xfce Notes Plugin: Preventing it from showing on start up...

Yeah, the notes itself. I have ShowOnStartUp set to 0,
but it pops up when the panel is loaded on fresh
accounts. It doesn't happen afterwards, though, which
i find interesting. So, maybe there's another value
located elsewhere that is used until the user's
settings can be written?
