Installing Ristretto can't find libexif

Ok, so I got libexif-devel and added the

-I${includedir}/libexif to Cflags field in libexif.pc

Now, I am getting:

checking for thunar-vfs-1 >= 0.4.0... not found
*** The required package thunar-vfs-1 was not found on your system.
*** Please install thunar-vfs-1 (atleast version 0.4.0) or adjust
*** the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
*** installed the package in a nonstandard prefix so that

$ sudo yum install thunar-vfs-devel

I looked for a thunar-vfs-devel package but there was not one. I am running F8 64 bit.  Do I need the gnome-vfs-devel package for this?
