xfce4-dict-plugin vs. xfdict

Ok cool. So I'll call it xfce4-dict. This sounds similar to
xfce4-dict-plugin and makes clear it belongs to Xfce.

Could anyone rename the SVN directory from xfce4-dict-plugin in
xfce4-dict which fits IMO better than with the plugin suffix.
