ANN: xfce4-screenshooter-plugin version 1.2.0 released

Hello,

This release mostly consists in code cleanups but it also features a new
configuration dialog that fits the ones of others panels plugins. Now,
it is also possible to set a default directory where the plugin will
save the screenshots.

As usual, I would like to thank the translators and the persons who
helped me for this new release, that is to say the persons on #xfce-dev
and #ubuntu-fr-devel.
