Clip board problems

Okay, I fee stupid.  I know I have done this before.
I clicked on the xfce mouse, looked in settings and found
nothing about plugins (doesn't mean it is not there, just
that I couldn't find it).  I when to the XFce web site
and looked through doc's on 4.2 and the faq's (again, doesn't
mean...).  A lot of stuff on how to "use" plugins but not
how to install them.

I know it is right under my nose.  Would someone jog my
memory?
