Where is the option to display window resize info?

Hi,

I've read that this feature (displaying a centred pop-up of a window's
dimensions while it's being resized) was implemented in Xfce 4, but I
can't seem to find any option to turn it on. I'm running 4.4.2 on
Ubuntu Hardy. Any clues?
