How to delete sessions in Xfce?

Hello,

   I would like to be able to manage the sessions built by xfce - that is
not only creating them but as well deleting or changing their names. I guess
that is surelly possible.
I have been searching for some information on it but unfortunately I could
not find it.
Would anybody be able to point me some resource of information on this
issue?
