kioskrc don't work in xfce 4.4.2

Erm, I don't remember exactly, but I htought there was only Exit
(session exit) and Restart (panel restart) on there. It does sound
like a bug, that they are there (or even that that menu is visible). I
also believe some of this might have been fixed in the development
version by Nick.
