thunar-volman and automount

Hi people !

I'm using xfce 4.4.2 on Gentoo. I've dbus, hal, pmount and thunar-volman.

My user is in the plugdev group but my usb keys wont be automounted :/ They
are detected...

Do you know what I've missed ?
