No refresh in my panel's applets

I'm not english speaker, but I think it is the tooltip.

Example : netloads -> I put my cursor on the netlod moving (the graphic is
refreshing), a tooltip box appear just uppon my cursor, it displays
information and THIS isn't refreshing as it was.
