change a launcher's icon...

thank you, but restart everything is a little complicated... if the connection 
has some problem i see panels turning up and down xDDD

when i save a new configuration by the dialog there's an automatic refresh, i 
tried with "xfce4-panel -s" but nothing happened....

is that impossible?
