USB Plug and Play and new window

Hi,

I'm using XFCE under debian and I have to problems :
1) First, I got a popup when I plug a USB device but this popup is not
Thunar, how can I configure this (actually I prefer to have no popup
at all). I'm not sure, but I think it's a Nautilus window.
2) Second when I open a terminal or a Thunar, it's placed in
background and not in foreground while it's working normaly for other
kind of application (firefox, thunderbird, openoffice, and so on.)
