This was the commit that introduced the switch from netk to libwnck in
xfce4-panel.
netk doesn't support name labels in the pager, libwnck does. Adding the
option must have made a lot of sense, and it is a pretty minor change
from a developer point of view compared to the whole libwnck switch.
