ANN: xfce4-fsguard-plugin version 0.4.0 released

Hello dear Xfce users,

Finally!  This is it!  The FSGuard 0.4.0 release.

Changes:
- New icons
- New layout for the properties dialog
- Possibility to customize the GUI (all items are optional)
- New meter and label to display the free space
