Adding To Panel Icons

   OK. I figured out what changed and how to get the 4.4.1 panel to work like
all the previous ones.

   One final question on a really minor point: when launchers are added to a
panel icon, can the launcher button be placed on top of the icon (as in
previous releases) rather than to the right side?
