Copy from Thunar past to the Desktop

When I tried Xubuntu, I noticed that Xfce is heavily patched there. So
is the context-menu: as far as I am aware, the stock xfdesktop doesn't
provide any context-menu other than the "Xfce Menu" (optionally) when
clicking an arbitrary point on the desktop (other than an existing
launcher).
