Tiny Settings Manager modification request

Hi All,

Currently, at the top of the window, it currently states:

     Xfce Settings Manager

Would the developers please consider the following
tiny modification:

     Xfce [insert XFce revision ]Settings Manager

For example:
     Xfce 4.4.1 Settings Manager
