little config problem and startup application

hi all,
it's a RTFM question,but i don't know how to exit from a loop conf.

i'd like to have when i start xfce this conf:
startup app:
nm-applet (network-manager for gnome)
gnome-keyring-daemon(there is same alternative?)
amarok
gkrellm

and NO other.

and
2 Terminal on desktop 1
firefox on desktop 2
amsn and skype on desktop 3
thunderbird on desktop 4

how can i do it?

becouse i don't know how to say to an app
that they must start only in one specific desktop

and on sturtup i have 4 nm-applet:-(
