Screen lock not holding

I know about that, thanks.  That isn't what I want.  I want to lock the
screen at will, normally when I'm leaving the premises.  I don't want it
locking while I'm still about.

Anyway, thanks for your efforts.  The genesis of this new problem seems to
be somewhere in recent updates to the O.S.  I was hoping there was something
I could configure.  I'll go look at the xscreensaver docs again but I'm not
hopeful.
