Thunar chokes on directories with large files

Hi All,

     I have a directory with a bunch (see list below)
of large files in it.  Thunar 0.8.0 chokes when I
try to use it on this directory.  It takes huge
amounts of time, up to a half of an hour, to
load the page.  Would the Thunar please add
a fix for this to their next releases' wish list.

p.s. I can manipulate this directory from the command
line without problem.
