Plugin Big Problems

This plugin problem is more serious than I thought. I can;t get the Notes, Weather or Clipman plugin's
to load on my 32 or 64 bit systems.  These plugins were working no problem on my initial 4.4 install compiled using the GUI installer.  The default plugins (volume control, clock, task manager etc) that get
installed by default are no problem, just the "external" ones I download and compile. Is it possible
that something has changed in the 4,4,1 release .... perhaps a new lib requirement or update.
