missing icons for xfdesktop menu through libxfce4menu

nonexisting icons. i figured that they would be included with Rodent icon
theme or at least hicolor but they aren't. the other xfce icon theme i have doesn't
include them either. xfdesktop menu worked fine before it started using
libxfce4menu. it's just that it probably should include those icons in its
base installation.
