Fonts on Terminal too tiny to read

Hi folks,

CentOS 4.4 x86_64
XFCE-4.2

The font sizes on terminal, which looks like an xterm more than a
Terminal, are to tiny to read.  Please advise how to increase the size.

# which xterm
/usr/bin/xterm


# which terminal
/usr/bin/which: no terminal in
(/usr/kerberos/sbin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/home/satimis/bin)


Where can I download the Terminal for Xfce4?  TIA
