ANN: xfce4-cddrive-plugin version 0.0.1 released

Hi,

Finally, i can announce the first (real) release of xfce4-cddrive-plugin.
For those who missed the previous failed attempt: with this plugin, one
can open/close a CD drive tray, and check its content, from the panel.
