Can't use 3rd party plugins!

[MaaSTaaR]

Hello ...

Firstly sorry for my bad English.

i am using Xfce 4.4, i am tried to use some 3rd party plugins (Such as
http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/panel-plugins/xfce4-xkb-plugin), i compiled
it without any problem, but the problem when i want insert it into panel i
can't.

when i went to "/usr/local/libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins"
and do that :

maastaar at MaaSTaaR:/usr/local/libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins$ ./xfce4-xkb-plugin

it's show for me this error :

./xfce4-xkb-plugin: error while loading shared libraries: libxfce4panel.so.1:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

maastaar at MaaSTaaR:/usr/local/libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins$
./xfce4-systemload-plugin
./xfce4-systemload-plugin: error while loading shared libraries:
libxfce4util.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


maastaar at MaaSTaaR:/usr/local/libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins$ locate
libxfce4panel.so.1
/usr/local/lib/libxfce4panel.so.1.1.2
/usr/local/lib/libxfce4panel.so.1

maastaar at MaaSTaaR:/usr/local/libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins$ locate
libxfce4util.so.4
/usr/local/lib/libxfce4util.so.4.0.1
/usr/local/lib/libxfce4util.so.4


so what should i do now?
