lost my wall paper

Hi All,

    I am using XFce 4.2.3 with CentOS 4.4.

    I downloaded a file with Firefox 2.0.0.1 and
pressed "show location".  Up popped a gnome looking
file manager (nautlaus?).

    After that, my wallpaper looked like gnomes,
hard drive icons and all.  I killed nautlaus
with ps and kill and now have a pitch black
wallpaper.

    I have tried to change it back with the
XFce Setting Manager -- desktop.  No Joy.
Okay.  I even rebooted.  I reinstall XFce.
Still no joy.

    How do I get my background image back?
(I am really missing my Daffy Duck wallpaper!)
