ANN: xfce4-weather-plugin version 0.6.0 released

Hi,

This is a cleanup release of the weather plugin. All the code has been
cleaned up and the files have been renamed. Peggy Kutyla was kind enough
to monitor weather.com, so all the strings should match those of the
weather site again.
