ANN: xfce4-dict-plugin version 0.2.1 released

Hi,

I just released xfce4-dict-plugin 0.2.1. It comes with some new features
and several bugfixes.

Besides minor improvements, in 0.2.1 the GUI won't freeze anymore when
querying a slow dictionary server. And now you can search dict.leo.org, too.
