Xinerama - start apps on specific screen

I tried wmctrl, but the window which (probably) was sent to the external 
screen does not appear in the window list (ctrl -l). Therefor I fail to 
move it to the first screen. Is this a bug of the fglrx driver or what's 
going on here?
