Shortcut key combination to minimise window

xfce4.4.0

I have been Googling for this; however, I cannot locate the answer. I
want to assign a key combination, actually <WinKey> <M> to minimise an
open window. I figured out how to do this in KDE; however, I cannot
seem to accomplish it in xfce4. Is it possible to accomplish it?
