Galeon and Thunar

Galeon uses the standard Gtk file chooser dialog.  This has nothing to
do with Thunar (though Thunar's UI is somewhat modeled off the Gtk file
chooser dialog), and your crash has nothing to do with Xfce.  Probably
should try asking on a Galeon-related list.

Occasionally these supposedly desktop-neutral apps look for something in
the desktop that's specific to GNOME that Xfce doesn't provide.  I
haven't had these specific problems myself, but rest assured it's a
problem with these apps, and not with Xfce.
