SNV Help Please

After downloading xfburn using the following command: svn co http://svn.xfce.org/svn/xfce/xfburn/trunk xfburn

I attempted to start the compile process with: ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr/bin/local

However autogen.sh is complaining that I don't have the xfce dev tools installed.

I would have thought that the dev tools were installed since I compilied xfce using the GUI installer.

I guess this was a bad assumption on my part?
