ANN: xfce4-wavelan-plugin version 0.5.4 released

Hi all,

It's been available for a while, but this is to announce the availability
of the wavelan plugin version 0.5.4, and to get the release on to
goodies.xfce.org (thanks to Jannis).

There are only some minor changes

  * Change to the calculation of the signal strength that should stop
    more than 100% being displayed for some. It may make your signal
    strength be reported lower, though apparently it was just reported
    wrong before.
  * Add an option to make the icon square as has been requested.
