Xfce crashes on resume of hibernate sometimes

I am having an issue with my T43 laptop running debian Lenny/Testing.
When I resume from hibernate-ram, a significant portion of the time
Xfce immediately exits and the xdm login screen comes back up. I can't
find anything in the hibernate log or the Xorg log to give me a clue
to why this is happening.

Any ideas?

Debian reports Xfce version 4.3.99.2
