xfdesktop uses only xfce-applications.menu in $HOME/.config/menus/

hi,
  xfdesktop doesn't load any other applications menu then the one located in
$HOME/.config/menus/xfce-applications.menu

I think it should locate menu definitions in 
$XDG_CONFIG_DIRS/menus/${XDG_MENU_PREFIX}applications.menu

I've noticed this behaviour also in the previous versions of xfdesktop that
used the custom xfce4 menu style.
