Finding apps problem.

Hello everyone, I am a new user of xfce4 and I really think it is the x 
manager of my choice.

I just have a little annoying problem. I'd like calling some xfce's 
features from the keyboard, but I am not able to understand how.
In particular I'd like starting the clipboard manager and the color 
picker since I do html pages and I need those features quite often. I 
saw I can add my own keystrokes, but I can't understand the binary name 
I should start.
