genmon plugin width

Hello,

I am trying to use the genmon plugin. Unfortunately the plugin seems to have a fixed width and does not adapt to the output of the commands. This means that parts of the result are cut. For example, running "uname" returns "Linux" but "Lin" is shown only.

I am using the genmon-plugin included in Debian unstable.

Is there a way to specify the width of the plugin? How can I change it? Is this a bug?
