sudoers tutorial

I've noticed some folks are having  trouble getting the shutdown / restart functionality to work in xfce.  Seems to me the fundamental problem is the configuration of the sudoers file.

Although it's debian specific, I'm pretty sure the information provided applies to other linux distributions.
