Well, now I feel like an idiot. After messing around with mousepad and
xfprint4, I discovered that the ability to set xfprint4 up with the cups
backend is in the Settings Manager of xfce4. And it's very easy to do.
It would be nice to have the choice of backends built right into
xfprint4, though.
