[xfwm4] howto specify font used in Title Bar? (font rendering problems)

I would like to know where is it possible to specify the font used in the
xfwm4 title bar. Examining theme rc files didn't give me any answer.

I have a problem rendering font unicode characters (Russian, Turkish,
Romanian etc.; not yet sure who is at fault: freetype, GTK+, Xorg 7.1 or the
fonts themselves, as provided by Gentoo ebuilds; I doubt that it is a
variable related problem - LANG=en_US.UTF-8). And when Xfmedia, for example,
plays a file containing Russian characters, the result is the following: in
the screenshot you'll see the selected song with correctly displaied text
with DejaVu Sans and the incorrectly rendered text in xfwm4 with
some_other_font. If anyone has any ideas as to this problem of mine, it'll
be interesting to know that all Microsoft (R) fonts are incorrectly
displaied (please take a look at the screenshots). Even normal, latin,
alphanumeric characters.

Thanks in advance,
Liviu
