Yeah, I ran into this too. This is a warning, Thunar compiles with
"-Werror" by default, which means stop at first warning, thus the
problem you have because `setpassent' is not defined on CYGWIN...

Just pass --disable-debug option to configure script to build on Win32.
Also, I've disabled python.
