Hints and tips thingy

	Just for fun I moved my ~/.cache and ~/.config directories and started
up Xfce with a clean environment.  Just to see what's new and improved.
The first thing that popped out is that the tips applet had no text in
it.  I clicked the next tip button but still no text.  This isn't a big
deal as I never actually use this thing but I figured it wouldn;t be a
bad thing to mention.
