If he has xfdesktop running anyway, and he isn't using a custom menu
file, then it won't really matter.

It would, of course, be preferable if one could assign a keyboard
shortcut for (every instance of) the menu plugin. Then, the menu could
also pop up in the same place as when one click on the menu button.
