Wavelan plugin for 4.4

Hi all,

I'm looking for a brave volunteer or two to test a port of the wavelan
plugin to the new panel API.

I think the panel interface works OK, I'm just struggling with the card
interface, and I have hardly changed this, just removing a couple of
compilation warnings. 

It seems my card doesn't like the ioctl to gather the stats, though it
responds correctly to others. I don't think I have changed anything in
my setup since I switched to the beta, so I think it is a problem with
the code. My card uses the rt2500 drivers.

I would appreciate any help with this problem.
