I am using the orage panel plugin.  Maybe the name has changed because
it has been traduced?  Otherwise recompile orage with the panel plugin
(is set by default :/ ).

Files being useful to have the plugin running:

./share/xfce4/panel-plugins/orageclock.desktop
./libexec/xfce4/panel-plugins/orageclock
