mouse pointer

Hi everyone !

I'd like to know howto change my mouse pointer...
I'm left-handed, and the standard pointer makes me
sick (discrepancy). Under Gnome I succeeded in
changing it, for crystal pointers, but not under XFCE.
Any clue or advice ?
