Strange panel behavior

Hi!
I use Xfce now some weeks and it's great (not so heavy as KDE, wich I
used before)!
I have Xfce 4.2.2 on a Debian Sarge stable/testing machine. The reason
why I write this mail is the Panel. The Text in the buttons is not
displayed correctly. Looks like this:

The text reaches into the next button. Is there a hack to fix this?
